Run your first client diagnostic

Add a client and their properties. The diagnostic starts with publicly available property data, so there are no documents required to begin.

Deepen the analysis with client data

Upload a client's tax return (Form 1040) and Leveridge extracts the real estate figures automatically. The file is processed in memory and deleted within 60 seconds. Details from mortgage statements and lease agreements are entered directly in the app.

Generate the report and Transfer Sheets

Once property data is in, Leveridge runs the full analysis and generates the portfolio report and per-property Transfer Sheets for eMoney, RightCapital, and MoneyGuidePro.

How do I get access to Leveridge?

Access starts with a 30-minute walkthrough, followed by a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card required. Book a walkthrough to get started.

How do I sign in to Leveridge?

The platform lives at app.leveridge.ai. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to reset it. If you’re still locked out, email support@leveridge.ai from the email address on your account.

Using the platform

Something looks wrong. How do I report a bug?

Email support@leveridge.ai with the client or property where you saw the issue and a screenshot if you have one. We respond within one business day and prioritize anything that blocks client work.

A number in an analysis doesn’t look right. What should I do?

Every figure in Leveridge is a deterministic calculation, so we can trace exactly how it was produced. Check the property’s inputs first, since most surprises come from an outdated value or expense. If it still looks off, email us and we’ll walk through the calculation with you.

Where does the property data come from?

Property records, valuations, and market data come from licensed third-party data providers and public records. You can edit any property’s details directly in the app. If a value looks wrong and you can’t resolve it, email support and we’ll investigate the underlying data.

Data & privacy

What happens to the tax returns I upload?

Tax returns are processed in memory and deleted within 60 seconds. They are never stored. The extracted planning figures are saved to the client file; the document itself is not.

How do I report a security concern?

Account & billing

How do I change my plan or billing?

Plan and billing changes are self-serve in the app under Settings → Billing. For anything you can’t change there, email support@leveridge.ai from the email on your account.
