Software Engineer
You will build the core systems behind the product.
What you will build
- Document parsing systems for tax returns and other household related documents
- Simulation systems that model real estate strategies and taxes
- AI-native interfaces that let advisors work with Leveridge how they want
What we look for
- Can take an idea from concept to tested and shipped
- Strong fundamentals in backend and database design
- Knows when not to overbuild
Mid-level & senior
Product Engineer
You will own how the product looks and feels.
What you will design
- Interfaces that make complex financial data easy to understand
- Prototypes that show how a feature should work before it gets built
- Workflows that make the product feel effortless
What we look for
- A strong eye for design and detail
- A high bar for how modern software should look
- A drive to understand advisors and design for what they need
What we look for in both roles
- Works independently and takes the lead on large features
- Uses AI agents and AI-enabled workflows to ship features faster
- Comfortable with changing direction. We do it often.
